Casey Baczewski graduated from the University of Vermont Doctoral Physical Therapy program in 2016 and has since worked in a orthopedic and sports-based private practice in South Burlington, Vermont. She has been coaching Crossfit at Threshold Training since 2013 and holds numerous certifications for Olympic weightlifting and gymnastic-based movements. Actively coaching Crossfit while completing her physical therapy education has provided Casey with a unique perspective on the musculoskeletal and metabolic demands of barbell and bodyweight movements. She hopes to help individuals incorporate their rehabilitative goals within their current exercise program.
