I am a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist and have over 25 years of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine. In 2011, I became certified in dry needling. I began using the technique in the clinical setting while being instrumental in developing the dry needling program at Advocate Aurora Health Care in Wisconsin. Since 2013, I have been the primary Physical Therapist for the Milwaukee Admirals professional hockey team (AHL) and work in close collaboration with the team Athletic Trainers, Physicians, Strength Coach, and Chiropractor. While experienced in all aspects of orthopedics and sports medicine, I have a special interest in rehabilitation of the cervical spine, concussion, and headaches. I am well versed in manual techniques for the spine and extremities, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning.
In 2020, after passing the OCS exam, I developed OCS test prep, a website to help therapists study for and pass the OCS exam with the help of practice tests and study guides.
