Anne D. Leach

Anne graduated from Duke University's Physical Therapy program in 1993.  Since then she has established herself as a trusted and popular Physical Therapist in the Lexington area, with a reputation for excellence in care. She has years of experience working in workers comp, outpatient, acute care, pediatric, and the home health settings treating clients with various conditions including: shoulder injury both pre-and post-repair and replacement, back injuries, neck injuries, general orthopedics, arthritis maintenance, pre- and post-op rehab for joint replacement and spinal surgery, general de-conditioning, and neurological dysfunction. She has a particular interest in Preventative Physical Therapy for the equestrian.  Assessing rider body mechanics, posture, and balance improves the relationship between the horse and rider ensuring they work together in harmony.
