Hi Stephanie

I use the smallest silicone cup I can find to static and also dynamic cup the trigeminal nerve distribution on the face for sinus congestion and pressure. It works nicely for me on my own symptoms and also for patients who enjoy learning how to treat themselves. Careful with the static cupping on the face, because the face is highly vascularised it is easy to create cupping bruises if the cups are left in place too long. Using clear cups helps to visualise the tissue in the cup and remove the cup before bruising occurs.
