Dr. McCathie is a chiropractor and athletic trainer who treats complex sports related injuries that have not resolved with more traditional therapy routes. He uses a variety of manual therapy, rehab and functional dry needling techniques to help people return to a healthy and active lifestyle. He is a full body Active Release Technique provider as well as former instructor for Graston Technique. Dr. McCathie has served as chiropractic physician for many high schools, colleges, and professional teams including Bloomington Kennedy High School, Hamline University’s Track Team, and professional runners from Team USA Minnesota. He currently works for Fairview’s Institute for Athletic Medicine and sees primarily runners and gymnasts with a focus on treating hips and lower extremity injuries.
