Dr. Kate Poeppelman obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Dayton with a major in International Business and Marketing. During her final year, she decided a career in the healthcare field is where she really felt drawn. Upon graduating from UD with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Dr. Poeppelman took additional courses in health sciences. She decided to pursue a career in Physical Therapy and was accepted to Long Island University Brooklyn Campus in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Poeppelman graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014. She began her career as a physical therapist in the acute care and inpatient rehab setting at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. After her son was born in 2016, she moved back to her hometown of Versailles, OH and began working at Wayne Healthcare Outpatient Rehab in Greenville, OH. She has continued her education by becoming certified in Integrative Dry Needling in 2017 and has taken an IPA course on Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. She also has a special interest in manual therapy.
