Julie, Co-owner of Endurance Sports Performance and Rehabilitation, ESPR, has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona and in 2006 received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida. Julie enjoys treating all athletic and orthopedic injuries and she uses a combination of different treatment approaches with a strong emphasis on manual therapy. Different treatment approaches range from dry needling, myofascial release, mobilizations with movement, and muscle energy techniques, to functional exercise and Kinesio taping. Over the years Julie has done various continuing education coursework on high velocity spine, pelvis, and sacral manipulation, blood flow restriction, IASTM, cupping, and is certified in dry needling. She also enjoys swimming, hiking, and traveling with her husband Brian, her sons Henry and Wesley. Julie is fluent in Spanish and is passionate about her work. She looks forward to treating each patient with exceptional care.
