Eric incorporates 19 years as an athletic trainer, strength coach, and post rehabilitation specialist to provide detailed coaching to optimize testosterone, strength training, nutrition, and soft tissue treatment. Eric develops training and nutrition programs to optimize testosterone levels to maximize strength training, injury reduction and injury prevention. Incorporating nutrition planning, strength training programs and soft tissue treatments to optimize testosterone production in the body and help you accomplish your personal goals in fitness and in life. In the process of optimizing testosterone and nutrition you will also be developing mobility, stability, strength, stamina, resilience, and fat loss through training. Eric is an accomplished leader in the field of athletic training with several national and local presentations on the importance of finding symmetry in the body and developing strength on that right and left side movement symmetry. Eric’s optimization for testosterone, nutrition and strength training began while working with Division I athletes in undergraduate studies at Canisius College and then continuing at the University of Kentucky. Professionally Eric has worked with athletes from St. Bonaventure University in the Atlantic-10 conference to the University of Mississippi in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) while he was rehabilitating and balancing asymmetries with future MLB and NFL players. Eric served and the Senior Athletic Trainer for football at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and most recently served as the Senior Athletic Trainer at Boston University. This experience has helped Eric develop a keen eye for helping athletes and clients merge the gap from injury to return to high level of fitness.
