Caitlin is a graduate of Youngstown State University as she graduated with her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science in 2011. From here, she went on to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy which she obtained in May of 2014. Caitlin has a love of learning and since graduation has taken the foundation and advanced training in Integrative Dry Needling (2016) and Active Release Technique. She also holds certifications as a USA Triathlon Level 1 Certified Coach and American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Not only does Caitlin specialize in the treatment of athletes, she also enjoys competing herself. Caitlin has completed 6 Ironman triathlons, 17 Ironman 70.3 triathlons, and multiple short course races. In 2015, she won the 25-29 North American Ironman Championship with the 10th fastest swim of the day. That fall she competed in the Ironman World Championships in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. She is a 6x 70.3 World Championship qualifier, as well. She is a three time USA Triathlon All American athlete. Caitlin and her husband, Drew, own and operate Crew Racing and Rehab located in Canfield, Ohio. Working as a coach and a physical therapist, Caitlin is able to combine human performance with rehabilitation to develop athletes who can achieve resilience in sport and balance in life.
