Dr. Fee has 23 years of orthopedic and sports physical therapy, and 28 years of athletic training, and over 15 years of concussion specialty experience. Since 2003, she has owned and operated a successful outpatient orthopedic and sports private practice currently in Santa Monica, CA. She graduated from Metropolitan States College of Denver in 1994 in Human Performance and Sport with Athletic Training emphasis (ATC), College of St Scholastica in 1999 with her Masters in Physical Therapy, and Utica College in 2012 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In 2008, she also became Board Certified in Orthopedics through the American Physical Therapy Association, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA. Dr Fee has been certified in both Integrative Dry Needling for Pain Management and Sports Medicine (2013), and Advanced Integrative Dry Needling for Sports Medicine and Trauma (2014). She currently holds PT licenses in both California and Colorado, her home state where a big part of her heart will always be. Dr Fee has been a guest speaker on the topic of concussion in sport, and has grown her niche in this field of expertise through years of ongoing education and experience working directly with athletes both on the field and in the office, as well as with non-sport causes of concussion. She is head Physio for Santa Monica Rugby Club Mens team, going on 15 years with the club, and has worked youth, high school, collegiate, and professional sports in her 25 + year career in athletic training and physical therapy. She hopes to continue learning, share her knowledge, as well as continue one-on-one work with those in need of rehabilitation and performance enhancement, in order to achieve optimal health, no matter what level of athlete you are.
