These courses have been a positive and effective learning experience. The foundation and advanced courses have impacted my clinical practice greatly and were easy to integrate immediately following the course.
This course is so informative but laid out in a conductive learning environment keeping you engaged and able to immediately retain skill and information to directly begin using in the clinical application.
This was an amazing course that I could immediately apply to patients. This technique adds neurologic involvement to many different issues and diagnosis.
Outstanding course in dry needling for treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Franks course presentation is excellent. I recommend all DC’s and Physical Therapist take this course.
I truly believe that IDN should be in everyone’s “tool box” to help their patients. It incorporates the body as a whole but allows for other treatment techniques and is not pushed as a stand alone treatment.
Every DC should take this training. It is definitely in our “wheel house” and will affirm everything you were taught about the CNS and the homeostatic effect and affect. This is another procedure/technique to add power to your practice.
The Advanced course exceeded my expectations and provided me with a comprehensive treatment approach and a link to the peripheral nervous system that I feel has been missing in my practice.
Another amazing course that advanced and expanded my knowledge and skills from the foundation course.
Taking the second IDN course has furthered my understanding of how to treat soft tissue and nerve issues using needling. I feel so comfortable giving patients a new avenue for pain relief.
I think the anatomy review and application would make any PT a more effective and successful clinician. I wished that I learned dry needling in PT school in this order and this much detail with regards to anatomy.
I think this was a great course that really provided a thorough understanding of anatomy and takes the practice of dry needling to another level. Frank is an excellent instructor and makes the information easy to understand and apply. I believe my practice will change significantly after taking this course.
Extremely clinical course. Learned so much about integrating the whole body. The 360 degree approach will certainly make you a better clinician.
Best thing about the course was the instructor. He was easy to follow, supplied thorough explanations, and easy to observe the demonstrations. He took time to make sure everyone was comfortable with the information presented.
One of the best courses I have attended that I could apply to almost all patient populations.
Nick was a great at breaking down the insertion points and how to place the needles for full safety of the patient and clinician. Answered all questions and spent one on one time when there was a difficult section.
Chronic pain is such a pervasive problem seen in primary care and in the midst of this opioid epidemic, we need to find some more safe and effective alternatives to pain management. I believe dry needling will become more and more prevalent as more evidence arises to support its effectiveness. Great course for any provider who works with pain patients.
I appreciated the research presented about dry needling. For years practitioners who are on the fence in understanding the benefits and applications of dry needling can learn its very helpful
This course was thorough, effective and efficient. Nick was a fantastic instructor who maximized our learning opportunities (both lecture and labs) throughout the weekend. By the end of this course, I felt very confident and excited to implement the use of DN in my practice.
I was initially afraid to learn this technique due to the risk involved (although rare). Nick and IDN alleviated all these concerns in their foundational course. I cant wait to take the advanced course to better facilitate the recovery of my patients.
This is a great course that provides a simple framework that allows for diverse treatment options. The instruction and hands on labs were excellent and will almost certainly enhance my practice.
