I thought this course was great. Immediately applicable to my PT practice. Enjoyed the Las Vegas location and how the course was set up.
The foundation’s course for Integrative Dry Needling was very well taught in much detail. The course is completely evidenced based with no overlap with acupuncture or eastern medicine. The instructors were very experienced and had an emphasis on needling with safety. By the end of the course, I felt like I was able to needle my patients confidently and safely. This course opened up infinite possibilities of different treatment techniques for all my patients.
Sonya and Nick are engaging instructors. They made research fun. Did not feel overwhelmed once during the 3 days.
Going through chiropractic school I had the opportunity to get certified in acupuncture, however I really disliked the philosophy behind how acupuncture worked. After graduation and starting into practice I worked for a chiropractor who performed acupuncture and obtained good clinical results. At that point I became interested in learning acupuncture but still had an issue with the philosophy of it worked. When I found out about dry needling I was really interested because of the scientific philosophy about how the neurology is affected. I knew that dry needling was exactly what I wanted to learn. I looked into different dry needling courses and liked the philosophy of IDN. Other dry needling courses focused on trigger points and IDN focused more on the neurology. After taking the IDN course, I am nothing less than impressed by the IDN model and course. I strongly recommend this course to any practitioner looking to add another soft tissue modality to their practice.
This course is taught by a very knowledgeable staff that provided a wonderful anatomy review and instructed us well in proper dry needling techniques. Highly recommend this course to advance your clinical toolbox.
Out of all the courses I have attended, this is the top course for clinical relevance and engagement
This course was so well organized and can be extremely helpful for all clinicians as the approach can be applied to almost every patient. IDN is an excellent technique and I am very excited to begin applying this with my patients.
Excellent course. The instructors were detailed, knowledgeable, prepared and thorough. After the extensive instruction and practice time, I feel confident in using dry needling with my patients.
This was one of the most intense, exhausting courses I have taken in my 20 years of being a PT. However, it will most likely change the way I treat patients more than any other course I have taken.
This is one of the best courses I have take in my 17 year career. Instructors are all excellent! I felt 100% comfortable with dry needling after taking this course.
Brilliant Course! I researched quite a bit beforehand for the best dry needling course out there. This course far exceeded my expectations and takes dry needling to the next level!
IDN has changed the way I practice, specifically with my patients suffering from headaches and vestibular dysfunction. Ive seen radical changes in short periods of time and lasting effects.
This course was very informative and I feel like this was very beneficial. I think IDN is going to change the realm of PT.
All of the instructors were extremely knowledgable in dry needling, and covered general use of dry needling from sports to stroke care. I enjoyed the concentrated focus on anatomy and neuroanatomy as well as the focused lab sessions to ensure proper performance. I am also much less afraid of needles than prior to taking this course.
This course has taken the blinders off in regards to how I look at pain and injury.
Dry needling is amazing and continues to amaze me, keep me, my family, and friends healthy and pain free. Dr. Ma has changed how I physically work in chiropractic practice. It has helped preserve my body. I have less aches and pains at the end of the week. I get homeostatic points done 2-3 per week to keep well and use it to keep my body moving well in conjuncture with exercise, yoga, massage and chiropractic care.
This was a very well thought out course that covers everything you need to know to be confident in treating patients immediately.
The expertise and numbers of instructors provided closely supervised labs. The instructors provided clinic based applications. Contraindications and side effects were thoroughly covered and I feel comfortable being able to follow these precautions in the clinic. I feel more comfortable and competent performing dry needling to cervical and lumbar regions then I ever have with manipulating those areas. I am excited about applying these techniques for my clients with underlying neurological conditions.
Excellent course that provides a wealth of information. Great instructors and great feedback.
This is without a doubt the best continuing education course I have attended in many years, if not ever.
